Hey there!
I found your game through the "Completed Games" subforum on the RPG Maker forums. This evening, I decided to play a few games, including yours and record my initial impressions of the games I selected.
I will admit: I was a bit overly critical of your game. I would like to rectify focusing too much on the negatives by mentioning some of the things I liked: Really, the map design, effects, and lighting are really impressive - I think it is by far some really standout work with this game.
Please take a look at the video. Check the time stamps if you wish to skip to the part in the video when I play your game.
Hey!
Thank you for playing and furthermore streaming my game!
Don't worry about being too harsh, as long as the criticism stays constructive and doesn't become outright insulting.
That being said, I am well aware of the games shortcomings, as I briefly touched on in the thread you referred to.
I am not too perturbed by the harsh words. This game was not a passion project anyways, but instead more of a game-making exercise in the frame of the community challenge.
So any kind of feedback was and still is very much appreciated.
Thank you again for your contribution and have a great day!
